The really difficult question ?
When faced with a conflict between ethical and commercial.
Which option do you chose ?

The answer is obvious to some.
But not to most.

For example it is not obvious to Donald Trump.
Word means nothing. Ethics there are none.
The only thing that matters is the written word and business.
That is why Americans sign pre nuptial agreements.
And lawyers earn more than scientists.

The end result is that Chinese now rule science.
And America is fuelling discord with weapon sales.

Cut to India.
Two strangers meet at a restaurant. Children in tow.
And in half hour a matrimonial alliance is fixed.
No document is signed. Cards are printed.
The groom shows up on designated time at designated place.
And a pandit performs the marriage.
No lawyers are involved.

The right answer is “ethical”
But for the commerce minded, it is “commercial”

Does the answer change if you are young or old.
Successful or not successful.
Early stage or late stage.

People become successful because of their early stage convictions.
The question may not be relevant later on.
If u don’t have convictions and if you don’t choose ethical
You will not be successful.

This brings in a larger question as to who becomes successful.
And why ?
