All of these possibilities raise highly complex and vexatious issues which our existing laws do not address. Even if one country were to allow it, everyone would register there and get legal status.
Bitcoin had the same trajectory and then suddenly became a USD 3 trillion wonder. We should not write off Bitcoin and it may well reach 30 Trillion sooner than expected thanks to the Iran war. Persian carpet weavers are merrily selling Persian rugs against bitcoins for delivery to be taken in India. Seems the carpets reach India via the land route through Afganistan.
Ai can take on a far more dangerous trajectory. Thinkers like Yuval Harari have been warning of such possibilities
