At the Mahakumbh at Prayagraj in 2025, Swami Suryanil 🙏🏻 shared the conclusion of his enlightenment in two words
Nothing Matters.
It has formed the basis of relooking startup’s in the social impact space culminating in a Rs 100,000 crore plan to fund micro enterprises at a scale which has never been witnessed anywhere in the world. The govt is a part of the plan but a very small part. It is mostly a combination of philanthropic money and risk capital. And this is just phase 1 for the first three years. The ambition is to 10x this.
The biggest miracle of your life isn’t becoming a CEO. It isn’t building a unicorn, winning a Nobel Prize, or changing the world. The biggest miracle is that you exist at all.
Nothing else matters.
And in light of this, what should the common man do to exist. And Swami’s answer is to create micro enterprises at a scale that beats the advancements in ai. He should know. After all he is one of the first PhDs in ai of indian origin. The saffron is an after stage.
Modern science has quietly dismantled human arrogance. Astronomy tells us we occupy a microscopic planet orbiting an ordinary star in one of hundreds of billions of galaxies.
Biology tells us that the odds of you being born are so infinitesimal that they border on impossible. Change one ancestor, one meeting, one moment over billions of years—and you never exist.
Yet we live as though tomorrow is guaranteed. We postpone conversations. We postpone gratitude. We postpone courage. We postpone life.
Perhaps this is why modern society feels so empty despite unprecedented wealth. We have become obsessed with extending life while forgetting to experience it.
The real scarcity isn’t capital.
It is awareness.
Every morning you wake up having already won the greatest lottery in the history of the universe. Everything else—career, money, status, power—is merely a bonus.
The question is no longer “What do you want from life?”
The better question is:
What does this unimaginably improbable gift of life expect from you?
And that is where the Co Cred fund, starting with Tripura comes in. Quoting from his post:
*A Transformative Step Towards Community-Owned Prosperity in Tripura*
We are honoured to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Tripura to jointly pursue the creation of the Tripura *Community-Owned Community-Run Enterprise Development (COCRED)* Fund—a proposed ₹1,000 Crore blended impact investment platform to be deployed over the next five years.
This initiative represents a shift from traditional development approaches towards Community Wealth Creation, where farmers, women, tribal communities, FPOs, SHGs and rural entrepreneurs become owners, shareholders and wealth creators, rather than merely beneficiaries.”
This may mark the start of an age of ai resilient livelihoods
