Forum is a global professional network built on a solid technology foundation by the Forum initiative of the IIT Alumni Council.
The Forum network rides on an ai powered data platform which enhances productivity (3 people can do the work of 10), improves quality (as well as related documentation), facilitates team control (for wfh type scenarios) and widens reach (by adding service lines and reaching a global audience).
In addition to providing the centralised data and cloud platform with requisite software and security – Forum also provides assistance in recruitment, soft skill and technology training and exam coaching to the article clerks employed by member firms.
In terms of entity structure – Forum is a non profit entity which onboards the members, requisite technologies and trainers. Below the Forum are the regional CA firms that extend into each district of India. The larger CA Firms which cater to listed companies are also part of regional networks which are ICAI approved and interface with the legal, merchant banking and digital resources of the Forum for activities like IPO management, design and drafting of annual reports etc
